These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of XProHub. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully, especially the sections on how the marketplace works, your responsibilities, and the limits on our liability.

XProHub is a marketplace that connects people who want to hire help with people who offer their skills. Every user can act as both a customer and a worker. We provide the platform that lets you find each other, agree on work, and handle payment. We are not a party to the agreements you make with other users, and we don't perform any of the work ourselves.
This is important, so we're stating it plainly. XProHub is a neutral venue. We are not the employer, agent, contractor, or partner of any user. When you hire someone or accept a job through XProHub, you are entering into a direct agreement with that other person. We don't supervise, direct, or control the work, and the people you transact with are not our employees.
XProHub does not conduct background checks, identity verification, license checks, skill assessments, or any other screening of users, except where we explicitly say otherwise. Information in a user's profile — including names, skills, experience, rates, and any "trust" or "verification" indicators in the app — is provided by users themselves and is not confirmed by us. You are responsible for deciding who to hire and whose jobs to accept. We strongly encourage you to use your own judgment, communicate clearly, and take sensible precautions before meeting anyone or letting them into your home.
You must be at least 18 years old to use XProHub. By using the service, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information, keep it current, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
A customer posts a job with a description and budget. Workers can bid, and the customer chooses who to hire. When a customer hires a worker, payment is collected and held in escrow. The funds are released to the worker after the job is confirmed complete, or automatically after a set period if the job is not actively disputed. You agree that you're responsible for the accuracy of what you post, the work you agree to do, and the payments you commit to.
XProHub charges a flat platform fee of 10% on each completed transaction, which covers payment processing and the cost of running the platform. The fee is shown as a line item, and the worker's payout is the agreed price minus that fee. We may change our fees in the future; if we do, we'll update these Terms and the change will apply to transactions going forward.

Some kinds of work require a license, permit, or certification under local law. You are solely responsible for knowing what applies to the work you offer or request, and for holding any credentials the law requires. XProHub does not verify licenses and is not responsible for work performed without proper credentials.
You keep ownership of the content you upload — your photos, your bio, your listings. By posting it, you give us permission to host and display it as needed to operate the service. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to share anything you upload, and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights.
If a disagreement arises between a customer and a worker, it's primarily between the two of you to resolve. XProHub may, but is not obligated to, help mediate or make decisions about held funds in a dispute. Any decision we make about escrowed funds is for the operation of the platform and does not make us a party to your underlying agreement or responsible for its outcome.
XProHub is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any user, job, or piece of work will meet your expectations. We make no warranties about the conduct, reliability, honesty, or quality of any user or any work arranged through the platform.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, XProHub and [LEGAL_ENTITY] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of the service or your dealings with other users — including the conduct of any user, the quality or safety of any work, injury, property damage, or any dispute between users. You use XProHub, and you transact with other users, at your own risk.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees we earned on the transaction giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
You agree to cover and hold harmless XProHub and [LEGAL_ENTITY] from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, the work you perform or receive, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of another person.
You can stop using XProHub and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal or safety reasons. Some provisions — including those on liability, indemnification, and governing law — continue to apply after your account ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the [GOVERNING_STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the service will be handled in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms as the service develops. When we make material changes, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use XProHub after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
